I was able to find this save (props to the creator) for Hydrophobia. Some say they got 100% from it, others say they only have 40/42 medals. I'm in the crowd that has the 40/42. Does anyone else have a solution for this?

Oh, so there's no way I can get a save file that already has those unlocked, huh? Dammit all, I'm terrible at the challenge rooms. Can't even make it passed the first round.

It's easy. Go to one of the corners and duck & hide behind the wall (I hid behind the wall closest to the huge container. Blocks a lot of shots). Then just hit L1? whatever the water pillar attack is, and lift a person up, then click R3 to throw them (they die from one throw). When you get shot too much, just hide and heal, and repeat. Good luck. I believe in your skill.

So just finish the story with this rescue, then finish the room challenges and will appear on 40 of the 42 medals?

The last 2 medals should be: Beat 1 round without shooting, and beat 5 rounds without shooting. The trophy should pop up after you finish. The story mode checkpoint is if you're missing the collectables trophy. There should be a nearby scan item, and the trophy pops up.

**Make sure when you complete the 5 rounds that it saves before you exit. So either: Retry after you finish, then exit. Or load up the checkpoint and let it autosave. It has to autosave for the trophy to appear.**

This is really strange. When I load up the file I downloaded I'm in Act 2 and I've got 40/42 and I can access the challenge room no problem. When I load the challenge room it says I only have 37/42. I dont know what the deal is. And if I delete my Options profile from the XMB, then when I load up it says the challenge room isn't even available.

Edit: Ok, so I stuck with the one where it said I was missing 5 medals instead of 2 and used the strategy Akuto gave (thanks by the way, so much easier once I knew what I was doing). Then loaded up the checkpoint save and now it says I have 42 out of 42 medals, but only 11 out of 12 trophies. For some reason the trophy for all medals didn't pop.

Edit #2: Nevermind lol. Started just playing it some more and it eventually just popped randomly. Thanks to everyone. Now I can finally delete this damned game off my system and be rid of it lol.

Ok when I load up save and continue game it says I have 40/42 medals but when I enter Challenge Room it says I only have 6/42 medals. I completed the challenge room by doing what the last 2 medals (Poseidon's Daughter,Hydro Power) say to do and I just got the CHALLENGED trophy but no CELEBRATED trophy. What am I doing wrong?

Nevermind I just got trophy. Finally 100% and game is being deleted.
