I was able to find this save (props to the creator) for Hydrophobia. Some say they got 100% from it, others say they only have 40/42 medals. I'm in the crowd that has the 40/42. Does anyone else have a solution for this?

The last two trophies I need is all collectibles and all medals. Can I get those two with this save?

How did you get around the problem with the campaign medals not transferring to the challenges?
Are you using blank/download/your own save options?

After I complete the challenges and then reload the last checkpoint it says 42/42 medals but no trophy. If I start a new game I get 0/42. I did the whole procedure with my own save options and a blank save options file, neither work.

Spending way too much time on this.

Alright this is how you get the medal trophy "Celebrated":

Resign save and copy it to your PS3. This save has 40/42 Medals. Leave your own save options on your PS3.
Load up the game and do the two challenge room medals first.

The callenges are:
- Beat 1 Round with only your water power
- Beat 5 Rounds with only your water power (this will also unlock the "Challenged" trophy

Now after finishing the challange hit "Retry" to make sure the game saves your medal progress.

Now back at the main menu continue the campaign. When you check your medal status in the campaign, you will see 42/42 but still no trophy. To get the trophy to pop, dive underwater and open a door. Swim throw the door and hang a right. On the left against the wall will be a filing cabiniet and ontop of it will be the last document collectible. Collecting that last document will trigger the Medal trophy.

Deleting this POS Game now.

IMO, the game needs an epilogue to explain what happens after the game ends.
Also the water power is really cool, but it is a shame that the DEVs wait until 5 minutes before the end of the game to give it to you. That decision basically turns this game into a regular 3rd person shooter.

I do the resign, but I cannot access the challege room, keeps telling me to finish the game first (which I did like a year ago) the only trophy I need for my 100% are the finishing the challenge room only water powers, not in the mood to play the game again...

Edit: just got the trophy, I had to finish the game, then access challenge room, do the 2 missing medals, I got stuck with 42/42 medals but no trophy, Started a new game, took the save to my PC and resigned with xploder with the one provided here, went to LOAD GAME, Continue, dropped down and searched in the door underwater the document, trophy pops!

I downloaded it but cant open the file. It's labeled as unknown and my rar and zip program wont open it.

i dunno why it did that , tho i do see what you mean. it will open right click open with , choose winrar.
