I was able to find this save (props to the creator) for Hydrophobia. Some say they got 100% from it, others say they only have 40/42 medals. I'm in the crowd that has the 40/42. Does anyone else have a solution for this?

I miss just the trophy medals, but this save does not work, can anyone help me out?

So far I haven't seen anything come up for this save. I have all the trophies except the one for completing the challenge room and the last two medals, both of which pertain to the challenge room. Has anyone found any luck anywhere else?

xploder database has save, its says its on last checkpoint

I searched the database and it did not find anything. What did you search on?

I am really interested in getting 100%. What do they mean by needing the save options? The profile?

I used this save. I was missing the medals & collectables. That save works. I didn't need no profile save, just the checkpoint. For the 40/42 medals. You have to complete the final challenge. The final challenge is the beat all 5 rounds without shooting. Just use your aqua psychic powers all 5 rounds. For the collectables just start the checkpoint, and there should be I think a scan item (in a nearby room) underwater. Scan it (or pick it up?) and you get collectables.

Just manualy scroll down the list until you find Hydrophobia, but i think it might be same as this save here
