Heres Some things That i've Found

Modding Your Level:
For now the max level you can go to is 127 anything higher it tells you you're missing DLC.

Now the Highlighted Number and Dot is what you need to Change.
if you are level 50 The HEX number will be 32 on your save. I changed it to 7F to be level 127

For now the max is 127 anything higher won't work.

if your slots are 27 The HEX number will be 1B on your save. Ichanged it to 7F to have 127 Slots

Heres a save that is de-encrypted i can't say it will load but if you open the SAVE0004.sav up in Hex edit program you can see the text like you can in game genie.. i'm posting this for people that do not have game Genie and would like to try and find a new "Hack" or just look through the file

Thank you for these 2 heads!! My girl will be all delighted when she is back.

Do you know by any chance tools to decrypt and extract SaveFile.sav from a PS3 SAVE000X.SAV?
Then I can mod the SaveFile.sav with gibbed editor, and an other tool would re-encrypt and sign a fresh PS3 SAVE000X.SAV?

I'm still trying to get that to work but i think its impossible because ps3 and xbox savers are totally different. but if i figure or find something out i'll post my findings here

This is probably a very stupid question that I will regret asking later but seeing as its 3am and I can't think straight- Where would I be able to get this program from?
Also I haven't had time to look into the Borderlands 2 saves yet. I assume there's just a .sav file the same as the first game had? Ah such great times I had spending hours perfecting my best guns on the first game. Hope this one has just as much to offer me in the near future!
