The one at 10:25 is the one that you need to shoot for the trophy. At the top of the hill on your left.

Still not unlocking it, I re-downloaded the save, resigned it, copied it to my PS3 and went through 2-5 and all of them are red now. When I completed the level it said all 4 where shot though I didn't shoot any of them they where all red from the save.
EDIT: Got it work, for some reason my folder was EU and my system was reading the US file, even though I've been using the same folder that was on my PSP for all the saves I've used for this game. Not sure on how there was a EU save and a US save as well.

Xploder or any other game resigning software that will also unlock the save. You can't just change files because the save is locked which is why you need Xploder or any prgram that resigns as well as unlock them so you can move them on your PS3.

Ok so I am not using Xploder. I am using KG PS3 resigning program. People did say this worked with KG resigner but every time I transfer the save from my USB to my PS3 i get the "this file is corrupted" message. In an effort to get some help I'll detail the exact process of what i am doing.
1.) Open KG Resign
2.) Customize Profile Settings> Enter Public Keys> and then Save Keys
3.) Load a Save File from my PS3 that isn't Vanquish(because it is copy protected) in order to get the User I.D. and Account I.D. I then save as profile 01.
4.) From the Save Resigner tab I Open the Vanquish Save
5.) I then change the Game I.D. to BLUS30543
6.) Remove Copy-Protection is checked
7.) I then Select Profile 01 and Resign

After it is finished resigning i transfer the folder to my USB and then to my PS3. When i attempt to load the save file I get the corrupt message.
Also here are a couple of other things I'm not sure about with this file and PS3:
PS3 OFW 4.40 and I have updated KG resigners games.conf file with Vanquish
It has two saves in it, and I only need the Tactical Challenger trophy, so do I just delete save file 1? (I have tried this before and still got the corrupt message)
and
When the file is in my PS3, the title of it still says VANQUISH(EU). Does the name matter or do i have to edit the title as well?

I think challenge 5 is easier.
Watch the Youtube videos for that challenge. You won't have that much problems until you reach the BIG boss at the end. Once you get to him, make sure you take advantage of the machine gun house, using it for cover and to make some damage as shown in the videos. If you're not a pro, I bet you'll run out of ammo before you kill it, so master the art of sliding to be able to run out around the boss gathering what you need before heading back to the safe-house. Make sure you kill the snipers when you can because they are lethal.
For the earlier part of the challenge until that boss, grenades are your friend. There are some medium safe spots you can use to gain advantage points to shoot your enemies.
And, yes... the challenges are nasty.
