[s]Is there a reason that exploder would keep the saves locked? I can't copy the save over to my PS3 otherwise. :/[/s]
Edit: Nevermind. Profile.pfo (or is it .sfo? Forgetting which one you DON'T copy with along with pic.0) + sav1/2 into the folder of your choice and resigning should work. If not that, copy the last one/chapter 5 and then copy the above three files from chapter 1-4 (that are locked) to the new resigned file and resign it again. It'll work that way.
