I don't think there are any saves for the story based trophies (expect for revenge revisited, where you also get one thousand suns) just do what I did and get a save with all abilities unlocked, start a new game on easy (new game +) and breeze through story mode.

Thanks for this save but how do I get the misconception from it? I was just killing the infected and those popped minus the misconceptioin one. I kept killing them thinking it would pop but it never did. I even tried a mission for it but I couldn't find the water tower on the building.
