i had problems with this but then did some googlin' and now i can beat him every time easily. just run around consuming military until you reach critical mass. once you do that just do the move where you hold square and circle (i can't remember the name of the move) but it drains a lot of energy from the boss. try to keep your critical mass up so that way when the timer starts counting down you can nail the move on him 2 more times before all the military dudes start clearing the ship. then at that point just start throwing stuff at him

Notes: You will HAVE to consume these targets, you CAN NOT pre load a saved game with a 100% Web Of Intrigue and just view the movie of the person(s) you had consumed, you HAVE TO CONSUME the person, then as SOON as you consume them the Trophy pops BEFORE the mini movie(HENCE ***Right after consumption of target the Trophy pops, not after you watch the mini movie***
I Hope this helps you guys and gals out there, I know this game can be a ROYAL pain in the arse, but hopefully this gives you pain killers to the pain in your arse to begin with
Furthermore, simply look up on the internet the web of intrigue and simply find the targets to know which sequence they're in and all are optional so you go through the story line and only stick to story driven consumptions then you WILL NOT get these trophies, they are ALL optional consumptions.
