I personnaly have some big trouble for this one, tried several times without succes, then give up for at least 2 weeks and then i day, i decided to go for it and i killed the boss on the second try.
the best method would be to use devastator ( circle + square ).
to kill him, i managed to consume some military guys to have full health, then i hid on top of the control tower. Once the health of the boss is lower than his critical mass, you don't have to worry about his devastator attack, just hide there and wait for the countdown.
with my full health, i managed to cast 2 devastator, then i got hit a little to have the oportunituy to cast a 3rd one.
this trophy was a real pain for me.

aup guys, sorry to sound like a lazy fu*k, but im looking in to playing this game very soon, but how many trophies would be left after getting the trophies from these save files. (please dont shout at me, as im at work and have limited internet access). and even still are these the saves for all the hard to get trophies for the game. thanks in advance

yea the last boss sucks and its true you just gotta use devastators on him, and keep out of his way and consume army men to keep your health up and keep hitting him with the devastator, make sure to target him when you go into devastator this way it hits him even if he lands on your side. keep using the devastator even after the timer begins, if you can't do the devastators before the timer just keep hitting him and staying out of his way but make sure before the timer cutscene happens you are in critical health where you have consumed a lot of army men, this will make the part when the timer begins really easy, just keep running and consuming and you'll kill him eventually. the suckiest boss by far haha
