Not the most beneficial test, but cuts down time I suppose.
Collecting a prize bubble will give you all of the prize bubble based trophies. Getting you any points will give you the 1mil points trophy. Completing a level from given sub-path will give that trophy ie The Islands. Shooting a paintball will give 5k shots fired trophy. Acing a level (I used the first of the Gardens) will give the Play trophy. Etc.
Play around with the save as you please....
Note: I have not tested anything online, so that may or may not give you more easily.
Thanks @ Nukester for confirming that the Share trophy will pop up if you go online with the save.

whoa whoa whoa let me get this straight.....i have a ps3 slim that i have yet to jailbreak but i want to try this trophy exploit for just the play trophy to obtain my platinum...now with the hack will i gain percentage on my lbp trophy data and psn card? or is this only workable offline?

If you use the save swap method, the trophies can be synced and the percentages are gonna be correct. You won't insta-plat but you will earn some trophies. If you use the trophy.dat hack then no you cannot sync and your percentages will be off.

Yes you need the JB.
If you use pro's save some trophies will pop. But not all. It needs to be tested and played with. The ones that pop can be synced.

So the trophies that he listed are the ones that will pop without the JB? All i need to get the platinum is "Booty Master" and "Play" and since those are listed can i get them? I just tried swapping the Big000, .pfd, and 0 file and when i tried copying it back to my ps3 it was said it was corrupted

You do need CFW or JB to do this. From there, you need either FTP or File Manager.

Technically, yes. I have tested, and yes. More so implied that you need CFW to install either FTP or File Manager.
