With the recent influx of bannings on all consoles, there are too many threads being made on how not to get banned, and theories and methods on not getting banned.
We need to keep them all organized and in one place so from now on, (Goes for all sections) they will be posted here.
Currently working method: ItzHazy Mods found this working Anti-Ban.

ur one lucky b im a 15 prestiger all legit i swear to god add me my PSN andre54321 check my stats and when i log in to my main account it says the black ops servers are unavailble at this time i log into my other account it says console been banned can i ever get my 15 prestige account back and when i log it into my other ps3 it say servers unavailible PLEASE HELP I HAVE A 3.41 Is there anything i can do

Are the console IDs written to the black ops files? Could you use a console ID spoofer, delete the game folder and reinstall?

if the ban is a console ban then wouldn't it be blocking our console id or our ps3 id. and if it is then cant we just use psid patcher to change our id the we wouldn't be banned or we would prevent from being banned. just a theory not sure if it works

unfortunately, the console ID is in the console. you cannot change it, it's like a serial number. and yes there IS an ID spoofer, but it didn't work
the best way is still to buy a new PS3.
