With the recent influx of bannings on all consoles, there are too many threads being made on how not to get banned, and theories and methods on not getting banned.
We need to keep them all organized and in one place so from now on, (Goes for all sections) they will be posted here.
Currently working method: ItzHazy Mods found this working Anti-Ban.

I believe it's a combo of the MAC addresses of the PS3 and the motherboard serial number.

well forgive me if I'm wrong, but this is still the only working "method"... and this time again forgive me if I'm wrong but some people DID buy another system to get unbanned.

I know its not needed but you can unban yourself by changing your Bluray logic board and motherboard (They have to be a pair though you can't buy them separately) I did this the other day and it unbanned me and it only cost me £50 instead of £250 for a new Ps3. If you want to add it to your thread but it does void warranty.

nope when u play on the HDD with a new account than it work on ur other ps3

Can u update to OFW 3.61 and do the same thing and it could work?
