The avatars are pretty awesome and the cross-game chat was even better. I know everyone has already asked Sony to add cross-game chat but all they have been doing recently is taking away features and adding security patches. What is taking them so long to add these features? I would pay a yearly subscription to their Playstation Plus just for this. Come on Sony, give us some cool avatars and new menus.

Seriously, the Playstation XMB is just fine. I just want them to sort out some lag issues that occur way too often.

I really enjoy the Dashboard on xbox it rocks i just really hope the finally get updates soon

Would be nice to have a whole new XMB, But this is Sony we are talking about. They'll never do what we ask for!

XMB should be as customizable as the themes.

Cross game chat would be awesome too.

I think I'd prefer choosing XMB customizing over cross game chat if I had to choose though, but that's only because I only have IRL friends on PSN, and I can just phone them.

Ahhhhhh yeah. We need a new XMB! For too long I had to deal with sparkles and lines flood my home screen. For too long I had to deal with Every icon being customized except for the PSN icon. For too long have I turned my PS3 on and get a random friend request from someone who has shadow or sasuke in their name. For too long I have been posting this reply.

They will never change the looks of the XMB. They are not allowed.

Meh idc much, less lag would be cool tho.
