The avatars are pretty awesome and the cross-game chat was even better. I know everyone has already asked Sony to add cross-game chat but all they have been doing recently is taking away features and adding security patches. What is taking them so long to add these features? I would pay a yearly subscription to their Playstation Plus just for this. Come on Sony, give us some cool avatars and new menus.

They just focus on the security fails they have. They will never end with them and the XMB will be always the same...
