What makes it not credible? Simple fact that only the PS3 console has been mentioned. Very unlikely that Rockstar Games would release a new GTA title and have it exclusive to a single console, but as always, take it with a grain of salt.
I would post a link to the site however GameStop took it down, possible leak or maybe just increased credibility? Hopefully a Teaser Trailer will come out at E3 2011

I actually would like more of a Vice City 2 than a San Andreas. But I only like Vice City more because it was always my childhood game and the game that really kicked off the GTA series

GTA 3 kicked off the GTA series because it was the first one that wasnt birdseye view
But I dont care where its based, I just want them to focus on the features more than the realism because in GTA4 they just focused on the graphics and that crap. I want them to bring San Andreas' features back, going gym, kitting up the cars, flying planes...
GTA 4 graphics + GTA San Andreas features = Greatest game in history
