What makes it not credible? Simple fact that only the PS3 console has been mentioned. Very unlikely that Rockstar Games would release a new GTA title and have it exclusive to a single console, but as always, take it with a grain of salt.
I would post a link to the site however GameStop took it down, possible leak or maybe just increased credibility? Hopefully a Teaser Trailer will come out at E3 2011

Besides, I think PS3 deserves a Vintage PS3 only Game :p

Well Rockstar is developing a lot of PS3 exclusive games now, like Agent. And last year they did say
