What makes it not credible? Simple fact that only the PS3 console has been mentioned. Very unlikely that Rockstar Games would release a new GTA title and have it exclusive to a single console, but as always, take it with a grain of salt.
I would post a link to the site however GameStop took it down, possible leak or maybe just increased credibility? Hopefully a Teaser Trailer will come out at E3 2011

This release date could be very close to the actual release date considering the time between previous GTA announcements and their release dates, but only if GTA 5 is announced at E3 this June. Here's a timeline for the amount time between announcements and releases:
Vice City: 161 Days
05-21-2002 - Announced
10-29-2002 - Released
San Andreas: 239 Days
03-01-2004 - Announced
10-26-2004 - Released
GTA IV: 525 Days (Original Release Date) 720 Days (Actual)
05-09-2006 - Announced
10-16-2007 - Original Release Date
04-28-2008 - Released
GTA V: 223 Days (If announced at E3 and released 01-15-2012)
Considering GTA IV was developed on next gen consoles + new engines, the time elapsed between the announcement and release was much longer. GTA V is more than likely being developed with the same engines as IV, and no new consoles are out, so it should be much shorter than GTA IV. I would guess the actual release date to be Spring 2012, or Fall 2012 at the very latest, but early 2012 would be awesome. Microsoft and Sony's E3 conferences are being held on June 6. Fingers crossed!
