AMBASSADOR OF VIRTUAL VIOLENCE

Activision Blizzard is concerned that the continuing outage of Sony's online services is preventing its users from having fun.

The Sony Playstation Network hack, which exposed the details of more people than currently live in the United Kingdom, has seen the firm take its online gaming systems offline and that has left gamers playing by themselves as opposed to against their friends and peers online.




Obvious as this may be, it's the first time that a games software house has come out with public criticism of Sony, and with some weeks yet to come before the problem is expected to be settled, more are likely to follow.
Sony was expected to start services up again this week but failed to meet its own target as it scrambles to shore up its security. Some reports suggest that the online service will be restored by the end of this month, putting the outage at about six weeks.

Lol i also like FPS but i hope your getting what im saying. THERES OTHER SHOOTERS OUT THIER THAN COD! People would go to game store and blank out to see CoD-__- its just soo meh

i think a few more days is like 3-4 if it was a week he would of stated a week

and if they needed more time than the 31st deadline thats going around then why post a blog thread now

i get what ur saying i like certain games but i also have to have the feel of the game if i think the gameplay is rubbish i will trade it in

i bought bbc2 and played it for about 20mins and its terrible not my cup of tea

i used to bash mw2 for days on end and originally

i wasnt goin to buy black ops until i tested it with my neighbour who bought it

personally i like mw2 better than black ops

but im keeping up with the jones's and moving on up

there not bothered about us although it states people arnt having fun and being able to play online

but all there bothered about is that the store is online by the time the map packs come out

the store crashed when mw2 map pack got released

Well, we'll see... If they mean what they say, i would expect more and more updates from now on. At the same time, i'm not holding my breath.

your not alone personally it comes on when it comes on

but people need to make there voice be heard

if sony can get away with having psn offline for an obsurd amount of time without anything really said then god knows what they think they can get away with next for so long

it wouldnt suprise me if psn is actually off for another 3 weeks wouldnt put it past them

all these oh 2-3days bolloks

its to reasure ps3 owners so that they dont jump ship and go to the rival microsoft

This is why i'm not holding my breath, if the past 3 weeks of statements and updates is anything to go by...
