He reiterated that install packages function works fine in 4.10 but the team who is working on the jailbreak unable to run apps in either 4.00 or 4.10 which they still need to find the exploit for.
KaKaRoTo later advises not to upgrade to the latest PS3 firmware unless it is really needed. 4.00 HEN (Homebrew ENabler) has been announced since November last year.

All I have to say is that JB'ing the PS3 4.10+ is NOT impossible but merely inprobable! So all of youFlamers and such, YES it is possible. So enough with all the "there will never be another CFW so go F**K off!) crap. Can't we all just get along? LOL

I know where your coming from, and if there ever is a CFW or JB for 3.56+ it will be kept private. See, people like this "KaKaRoTo" are people looking for fame. If you want fame release something ffs. I mean, look where George is :lol:
