If you've followed the directions on the first link I provided about forwarding the ports I think that's all you can come up with. So when you do this you're getting a DMZ error message or a DNS error message? If you're getting a DNS error message, are you find that to be on your PS3 or your computer?
Again, how do you log into your router? Do you type in 192.168.X.X or are you doing something else?
If you're using a windows based PC, click start and then run. Type in cmd and enter. That should bring you to a black dos like screen. Type in ipconfig and hit enter. Post the results of that ipconfig up and that will tell us your IP address for the router as well as the subnet mask.
BT ( British Telecom ) Hence the BT home hub.
I get the DNS error message. And also if i try to change the settings of the PS3, when i test it, it says "unable to obtain ip address"
No when i log into my Router i use something like 81.154.70.###
Its the IP address of the actual company i think. 192.168.1.~~~ are ips from the router.
Connection-specific DNS suffix .... home
Ip add 192.168.1.64
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
Default gateway 192.168.1.254
