When did this happen: a While back

How did you purchase: first it ws $15 paypal then he made a whole lot of excuses about his CC and paypal.
then he offered a $20 psn card and i said that was fine

If yes, What did they say?:- At first he said ill give it tomorrow, then he said give him a week cause his local store is "out of stock" of psn cards, now he just ignores me

I was, I was depending on my friend thst he was gonna give me money. I got ban and reset the week after we boosted so really that was a waste of time.
