How did you purchase: first it ws $15 paypal then he made a whole lot of excuses about his CC and paypal.
then he offered a $20 psn card and i said that was fine

If yes, What did they say?:- At first he said ill give it tomorrow, then he said give him a week cause his local store is "out of stock" of psn cards, now he just ignores me

you keep saying if ill accept $10 but when you "try" sending you have an excuse. if you send $10 paypal or $20 PSN we will be good, but you have less then 24hours from when ownage posted
