When did this happen: a While back

How did you purchase: first it ws $15 paypal then he made a whole lot of excuses about his CC and paypal.
then he offered a $20 psn card and i said that was fine

Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes, numerous times
If yes, What did they say?:- At first he said ill give it tomorrow, then he said give him a week cause his local store is "out of stock" of psn cards, now he just ignores me

I took them, i've been talking privately to Bourz on how we proceed on the matter that CC can't work on anything.

So what is happening?

He said to try to get a new CC, but around my area these card go out of stock quickly.
