When did this happen: a While back

How did you purchase: first it ws $15 paypal then he made a whole lot of excuses about his CC and paypal.
then he offered a $20 psn card and i said that was fine

Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes, numerous times
If yes, What did they say?:- At first he said ill give it tomorrow, then he said give him a week cause his local store is "out of stock" of psn cards, now he just ignores me

Other comments: Either get me $15 PayPal or $20 U.S. PSN Card

They said since switched from Visa to Mastercard the card doesn't work on Paypal, its been like that for awhile now. I called a number on the back it said balance was 10$

yea but i also asked for the Phone number to check the balance and all i got was 1800 and 3 other numbers, he said he was getting DDosD
and the CC didnt work on paypal, but i told him a 10$ psn would be fine but no reply so.......
