How to get profile to USB drive:
Plug in USB stick > Go to "My Xbox" tab > Scroll right and click on "System settings" > Then click on "Memory" > Then to your USB stick and click "Configure" > Then go to your main hard drive > Then click on "Gamer Profiles" > then click your gamertag > click "Move > and move it to your USB stick > Now turn off your xbox and removed your USB stick in plug it into your computer.

Once you have profile back on usb modified do this:
PLUG IN YOUR USB STICK TO YOUR XBOX & UNPLUG YOUR XBOX FROM THE INTERNET AND TURN ON YOUR XBOX.
Now that you have pluged your USB stick back into your Xbox move your profile from your USB back to your main Hard drive
SIGN INTO YOUR PROFILE (OFFLINE) AND WAIT 30 SECONDS THEN PLUG YOUR ETHERNET CORD BACK IN AND SIGN INTO XBOX LIVE. NOW YOUR DONE YAY!

Where do I download this "winrar" and "7zip"? I am sorry, but I am new to this whole process and Xbox Live it self. If you/someone could reply that would be great, always looking for some help

Okay. I transfered my Profile to my USB. Then took that to my computer, and in the USB it says there is nothing in it. Help?

It's happening to me to, can you post a new editor lol. And just a question, at that point is there supposed to be a file on the usb stick? Because my profile is on it, but theres not an actual file, but ya, i'm getting the same problem... :p

No. I've did this numerous times and when you went onto your usb there was nothing. That's normal and Ok :p
I think that's the cracked version , I've got the normal version
