More Detailed TUT when I get the time.
It has been confirmed that this can be done with a 1GB+ USB Stick.
Step 1
You must login or register to view this content.

Step 2
Open up USB HDD Explorer
Step 3
Click file in the top left corner, then select open device.

Step 4
Click where is says content. Then select your profiles folder. This folder should start with a E0000 and proceed by clicking through all the folders until you reach the profile itself.

Next click on the file. Then click extract and save you your desktop.

Follow the tutorial here on how to edit the gamertag with EzGt 2.2

Step 7
Now once you have saved the modded profile it is time to inject it back into your HDD. So open back up USB HDD Explorer and click on content.
Step 8
Now take the gamertag folder you have saved to your desktop as it is shown in the ezgt 2.2 tutorial and drag and drop it into this section.
Step 9
Now just follow SuPaDooPas tutorial on how to use the account on Xbox Live.

someone seriously needs to find an answer to this. I've done everything, im in the farthest flder and when i try to rename it, it says that its not a real profile name

I think i know your problem Thank +Rep if i helped
First, According to this Tut you need a usb so put the usb in your xbox and put the gamer profile inside the usb then open up the program and click on content then click on your profile untill you reach to your gamertag You would know it is your gamer profile if you click on folder and it doesn't move Afterwards extract and save it to your desktop it if done correctly you will be able to open it in EzGt then do the rest of the tut

when im extracting using Xtaf Xplorer this comes up as the file name

Ive noticed a few people have this problem, i have opened all the files in the device until i get to the last one, try to extract to desktop, cant. so i change name to what it should be, apparently it has to start with E0000 which it does... any help here?
