More Detailed TUT when I get the time.
It has been confirmed that this can be done with a 1GB+ USB Stick.
Step 1

Open up USB HDD Explorer
Step 3
Click file in the top left corner, then select open device.

Click where is says content. Then select your profiles folder. This folder should start with a E0000 and proceed by clicking through all the folders until you reach the profile itself.

Next click on the file. Then click extract and save you your desktop.

Step 7
Now once you have saved the modded profile it is time to inject it back into your HDD. So open back up USB HDD Explorer and click on content.
Step 8
Now take the gamertag folder you have saved to your desktop as it is shown in the ezgt 2.2 tutorial and drag and drop it into this section.
Step 9
Now just follow SuPaDooPas tutorial on how to use the account on Xbox Live.

Well I used to do this like last week and I want to try a new GT and it doesn't work it keeps saying corrupt profile. I even tried deleting my GT and recovering it but that didn't work either, what am I doing wrong?
1. I put GT on USB
2. I take my GT off the USB using USBXTAFGUI_v32BETA2
3. I make a backup of my GT and then open the original with EzGT 2.2
4. I edit it by adding buttons and letters then save and close
5. I then drag and drop the new profile I made (about 304kbs) back to the USB (yes it is in the correct folder / partion) then I close driver, and when I get to the memory unit on the Xbox it says corrupt.
Any help much appreciated, thanks.
EDIT: I just tried again and now it doesn't say corrupt it says my GT name the same as the original but it doesn't show up as if it was there, like I cannot log on to it.

Okay I figured it out. What I was doing wrong was when I used EzGT they make a folder and you are supposed to drag and drop that into the Content partion, but instead what I did was open all the folders and get to the modded GT and then drag and drop that in the same location as where my normal GT was. But thanks all for the help.
