Yesterday I was banned from XBL.
As you may already know, an NGU member gave me an illegitimate code and I used it on my xbox.
The code never worked.
I tried logging into my XBOX later that day to find that I had been permanently banned.
I checked my E-mail and it said that I have been permanently banned for "Marketplace theft"
I tried calling them and they said there is nothing I can do.
Has this ever happened to any of you?

Marketplace theft is when you use the MSP that got given out by accident or when you use GoD modded profiles. i had 1 of my accounts banned for Marketplacetheft because i used GoD games.
