Yesterday I was banned from XBL.
As you may already know, an NGU member gave me an illegitimate code and I used it on my xbox.
The code never worked.
I tried logging into my XBOX later that day to find that I had been permanently banned.
I checked my E-mail and it said that I have been permanently banned for "Marketplace theft"
I tried calling them and they said there is nothing I can do.


Has this ever happened to any of you?
