My personal opinion is:

Name: Decoy

Description: Shows a fake red dot on the enemies radar

I've got a few ideas, but lets see what interesting ones we can make up

Anti-Commando
If a noob is running around with lightweight, marathon and commando and they commando lunge at you it back fires and kills them

My idea is a peek 3 that is basiclly a permenent blast shield

A perk that makes u invincible to caommando,noob toobs, SCAR

a perk to change weapons faster
that would be so cool
(i never use shotgun coz they take so long to switch lolz)
