My personal opinion is:
Perk 2
Name: Decoy
Description: Shows a fake red dot on the enemies radar
I've got a few ideas, but lets see what interesting ones we can make up

Riot Pro. Adds spikes to riot shield resulting to One hit-One kill - Now really stop watching pokemon.
Midget. (Death Streak) You get short to have the size you normally are. - Explain, wtf r u talkin `bout?
Kill streaker (Death Streak) You dont lose you killstreak after dying -Now everybody gets nukes.
Robber (Death Streak) Get weapon loadout and killstreak your killer didnt use yet. -EXPLAIN URSELF!
I know a bunch of these are nooby, just a bunch of ideas

Guns... PEPPER SPRAY AND TASER? - Also it would be cool if objects were allowed to be picked up when out of ammo to use to defend yourself in combat, that would be awesome (DONT **** WITH ME I HAZ A BIN!!!). -Brick vs Intervention, who will win?
