Here is the ps3 FF that works 100% perfectly thanks to derek trotter and gigoo for sharing and godlymods for his .gsc script. You must login or register to view this content.
For all you psjailbreakers just ftp to your ps3 navigate to /dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30377/USRDIR and delete patch_mp.ff and copy over the one from the link above. next step get it on PSN.

There not using code anymore now that the patch is edited and the patch remains the SAME. I repeat UPDATING WITH HACKED PATCH IS FINE.

If your saying that patch works only when JB is on.. that my good sir is false.. I have switched the patch with the original and shut my system of and turned it back on w/out JB and it works just fine!!

I've jailbroken my ps3 and backed up my MW2 game to the internal HDD. Not attempted to mod at all yet but when I boot it, the game starts loading (screen goes black) and then it just freezes. To unfreeze i have to turn console off or eject disc which seamingly restarts the system as well?!:S Any help guys?

Psfreedom says you cant boot mw2 from hdd. The way mw2 is modded is by install ftp server on ps3 and acessing the patch files.
