Hurah!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Do you think human cloning should be allowed?
I don't, due to your remake a copy of a human that is already living or have lived at one point, they would be in constant pain wouldn't they. "Mentally"
That's my reasoning.

I used to know, what's relevant is that with cloning it is possible to create an embryo from which stem cells can be harvested from..
These stem cells will cure disease.

How is this different from a normal embryo?

I’m too L33T
Why shouldn't we be able too?
When we can send our clones to do the dirty work..
The nuclear reactors up in Japan, that need human fixing.. Why not send our clones to do it for us? Saving our lives.

You still need to remember I remember very little from when I studied Biology.

Human cloning does not involved sperm/egg fertilization. A normal embryo is the result of planning usually? When a mummy and daddy love each other very much and hug in a special way...

If I was to harvest cells from their baby I don't think they would be too impressed when it died, as opposed to a cloned embryo.

I didn't actually post here expecting to have to debate I had hoped my opinion would just be ignored and everybody could move on.

Well you're posting in the DEBATE forum so what did you expect?
cloning DOES involve sperm and an egg and whatnot its the exact same as envitro (spelling?)

I am in no way religious but just find human cloning unethical. To have the possibility of living for many years would be like cheating death and having to watch those around you die if they did not take the same actions. I believe this would just cause to much mental strain on one person.

i too dont think there should be human cloning (but just organs) it would be cool to have extra blood cells (to be clone for transfusion) for there is a shortage on certain types of blood (for example, AB, O+, etc, etc). instead of them transported blood, it can be local blood bank (literally, not like the vampires, lol). but even more of a significiant way of handling human health care and they can even go as far as trying to clone bone marrow (which is a high deman and very highly needed for people). so with the cells to form an organ, bone or whatever yes....but literally "people" no. that would be far and way to much. so people will have the entire culture turning people back to "slavery" which i am definitely not for.

i think like MysticDragon cloning organs would be very useful for us but i wouldn't clone persons as that wouldn't make any sense what does any1 need a clone for? i think no one needs an actual clone of a person but cloned organs would be good for us
