Whey do taste the best IMO, but if you are serious about getting muscle repaired and bulking through protein shakes, then I suggest Creatine.

Protein drinks are helpful, but like DDO said, your protein source shouldn't just be the drink. Meats, nuts and eggs are great sources of protein.

If you're gonna get a protein drink, be sure to get one with 100% whey, because the other isolates are artificially made and it's not natural.

Creatine should only be used if you're a collegiate athlete or workout 4 times a day strenuously.

You can mix most powders with other things to make it taste better.
You can make a chocolate milkshake or something and just add the protein powder to it.

My dad took them, when he was going to work, cause he does spray painting, building airplanes, building shit, he took them and helped him massively Smile
