(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So has any of you taken protein shakes?? what was your thoughts on them? and what ones did you use? I heard whey are the best.

Yeah, I currently work my body out successfully and I drink 'em every evening. Chocolate flavor =D

Iv'e never tried them, but someone I know who I go to the gym has them, and he thinks they really good, but I just think its like normal milk :p

Yup, after workout I always take a glass of Whey Protein Shake Chocolate with a bit of Peanut Butter mixed in (Blender) to make it taste awesome . I used to add some Creatine in there too but not anymore.

why dont you add creatine anymore?

I still use it, just not currently. it's just that I got into the habbit of cycling Creatine after 3 months use. So I'm currently taking a break from it to not overdo it.

I know some people that never stop it and it works for them but I like doing the 3 months on, 1 month off plan instead.

They're good after a hard pumped work out, but I suggest you look into this thing called creatin its actually amazing. It develops you well, its legal and its got only a couple side affects that are harmless!
