I walked up to the guy twice in the time that we were there and gave him money and smiled at him, the first time he glanced at me and said thank you but the second time I did it he looked right up at me and said "God bless you son, people like you keep me alive." That really hit me :cry:
Sorry if this is a little bit tl;dr, but I just don't get why people would pass him by, at least smile at the guy or give a dollar, SOMETHING. Would you guys pass him by or would you give him money? Why or why not? I just don't get why you wouldn't.

Not really, i 've seen licensed doctors being hobos, while people without a high school degree getting paid 10k$ a month. You just need to know powerful people.

I agree that we should say thank you to people holding the door open for people. :carling: But I never give them money. They will just waste it on more drugs/alchohol. So What I do is point them to my church rescue mission. We have a very large IFB church in Hammond Indiana. (And yes, even though my church was in 20/20 a few days ago, doesn't mean that was the truth. If you were watching. They took it way out of context.)

I do this a lot actually i am Catholic ( dont flame me saying wow what a fag or jokes about being Catholic ) And we believe that if you freely receive you should freely give
