I can relate, as I too, have a fast metabolism.
I have to eat at least 2 to 3 times the amount of food the average joe consumes to gain similar weight.
You seem to have shed some fat(does not look like you had much to start with) and gained muscle mass from your pics.
One thing I would recommend you do is to work on your shoulders more with excercises hitting your anterior, middle and posterior(front, middle, rear) delts to improve your shape,in turn giving you a more muscular structure.

And to be honest I would not want to look like that guy, thats disgusting :L
To look like him requires that you inject at least 10cc of anabolic steroids(on a cycle basis),with detrimental health effects in the long run.
Eat humongous amounts of food and train like you're possessed.
lmao,and that's just for starters.

I'd love to know what you did so I could also do this
Diet is the single most important(followed by intense high rep excercise) factor in defining(or in bodybuilding speak "definition") your muscles.
Having a fast metabolism helps.
If not,you can reduce the total amount of daily fat intake;reduce salt intake(as excess salt can lead to increased bodily fluids making you look bloated);and train using lighter weights with higher/more repetitions in your excercises as this will "burn" more fat than low rep sets.

lol,how can it not mean the same thing?..pasta is pasta, regardless of your locale.
Everything you eat can be "stored" as fat,IF consumed in excess.
To say that bread is fattening,is a bit misleading therefore explanation is needed in your definition as such.
