Anyway, onto the debate itself- sexuality. There are many different labels of sexuality, so I'd thought I'd list them below(largely C/P to save time, if I missed any or falsely described anything let me know):

• Heterosexuality- Is the sexual attraction between members of the opposite sexes such as a man attracted to a woman and vice-versa.
  
• Homosexuality- is the sexual attraction between members of the same sexes such as man to man and woman to woman.
  
• Bisexuality- Is the sexual attraction to both the opposite and same sexes such as man to man and man to woman, woman to woman and woman to man.
  
• Asexuality- Is also known as nonsexuality which is the lack of sexual attraction and sexual interest towards others.
  
• Polysexuality- Is the sexual attraction to more than one gender but do not wish to be known as bisexual as it implies that there are only two binary sexes, do not confuse this with pansexuality ('pan' meaning all) and ('poly' meaning many).
  
• Pansexuality- Is the sexual attraction towards people regardless of gender also known as omnisexuality. Some pansexuals refer to themselves as gender blind as to them gender is insignificant in determining whether they will be sexually attracted to others.
  
• Transexualism- Is when a person identifies themselves as a certain sex different from their own biological one. For example a person may be born male, and is uncomfortable with their gender as a male and changes to a female, or vice-versa.
  

Personally I'm heterosexual, however I have no problems with other people expressing their own sexuality and being who they really are.

Look, I'm not going to go into the details of this and that, to offer a rebuttal to your post. I think I've made myself clear on my stance. What I will elaborate on is this point (which, you and alot of other members probably won't understand): There are things that are in place by our elders, rules and guidelines that they've set forth for us, that we don't understand. I associate that lack of understanding with a modern society of "Know-It-Alls", myself. Anyway, their message...the purpose for their message...gets lost. But make no mistake about it, there was a reason for those "bad" rules. And if we TOTALLY DISPELL those rules into the wind, especially when we don't have a firm grasp on WHY those rules were there in the first place...CHAOS. Chaose is what will be spawned. I'll give you an example of CHAOS, right here in our neighborhood: NGU. Now I'm brand-new to NGU, and not an internet/twitter junkie at all. But I can tell you this: the Admin personnel here have a job to do. What if they let us NGU junkies run the show for a couple of weeks? What if they let us do whatever we wanted to do here on NGU? CHAOS. I don't care WHAT kind of good intentions alot of you might have, CHAOS is what it would be. These Admin HAVE to have guidelines, there HAS to be boundaries that you aren't allowed to cross. And guess what? They look like @$$holes for it, too. HELL, my first post or two I was gonna be addressing the issue of why an ELITE member couldn't IMMEDIATELY jump into the Auction forums, whether they had 100 posts or not (which, I STILL think is BS, by the way. Hence the reason I'm not an elite member, right now...).

I'm just saying, it's alot deeper than "I want to sleep with whoever I want to sleep with!" or "I'd like to do all type of crazy sh*t in broad daylight and nobody can say anything about it!" The reason I'm asking is to prove something about homosexuality that alot of people (I believe you're one of them) aren't willing to accept. And that is: IT'S NOT CULTURALLY ACCEPTED! And if it is, as you made a post earlier stating, and you are truly homosexual yourself, you wouldn't mind stating that. Now, this isn't a controlled experiment at all, mind you. You could lie, I don't know how many people on this site know you personally, this doesn't directly affect your status in life because you're behind a computer screen, etc. It's more for YOU, than anyone else. However you respond to me or this post, it doesn't matter. YOU need to be honest with YOURSELF about this. Everyone shouldn't change for YOU (I'm talking in general, here). Everyone shouldn't try to accept ME, either. I have to CONFORM. PERIOD. Homosexuality (in my point of view) is a sexual preference, not a PERSON. It's a way of having sex. That's it. And marriage between a man and a woman isn't "last year". Our culture isn't weird, or old-fashioned, or ignorant, or stubborn. YOU NOT WILLING TO CONFORM TO YOUR SURROUNDINGS IS.

You know what, for you? I'm gonna give you a personal example of CONFORMING. During football season, I'd have friends come over my house on Sundays to watch the games all day (NFL Sunday Ticket! EFF Yeah!). There was a guy, who...was awkward-acting but was still accepted and nobody bullied him or anything. Just was a little weird and standoffish. Didn't really seem to know too much about the game of football, which is perfectly alright. Well one day, he came over my place with 2 packs of WINECOOLERS. Everybody else is drinking beer and eating buffalo wings, and you (somehow) figured it would be cool to bring...WINECOOLERS. For the guys, mind you. Pshyeah. You know what I told him? I stopped him at the door and told him to take those back to the store and get something more "socially acceptable for your environment", preferably Miller High Life...(it's the Champagne of Beers, what are you saying?!). You see that? He had to be let known what was what. What if I had said, "Oh. Hey. That's great...", guess what? Next week we'd all be there rooting for the cheerleaders instead of the teams...lol. Just playing, but seriously, he had to be let known. PERIOD. We're not drinking that. We're drinking BEER. Not...that. And we're watching the players. Not...each other when we're not looking...lol.

But then again, I don't see sex as such a special thing compared to others, so there you go.

You seem to think homosexuality isn't 'natural' - why is that? It's a trait exhibited in other species just as prominently as with our own, and even if you don't accept that, naturality is irrelevant anyway. The computers we're using are hardly natural.

Conform? You're refusing to accept those of other sexual persuasions for who they are merely so that you aren't conforming to the majority's point of view? Why should the popularity or the lack thereof make or break an opinion for you, especially one that affects so many millions of people?

The subject isn't something you can agree or disagree on, homosexuality is natural. Simple as that.
