Tetrahydrocannabinol (the psychoactive chemical in Marijuana - THC) is usually non hallucinogenic. You won't see transformers, lol.

Quite the opposite actually. If you study prohibition (the time period where alcohol was illegal) you'll find that crime rates actually sky-rocketed.

Once again, quite the opposite. The fact that it's illegal adds to the temptation. In the US about 40% of citizens have tried it, whereas in Amsterdam (a city where marijuana is perfectly legal), only 23% of citizens have tried it.
