not much to say after reading everything but im all for it the pros out weigh the cons and if you never used it dont comment on what it does to you and how it affect what you and your actions becasue really all it does is just chills you out or if your like me i have ADD and it helped me concentrate and stay focused

I think it shouls stay like it is at the moment, i say this because people smoke weed alot all of my friends have done it and you can get hold of it very easily if it became legalised it would probally be even more of a problem than it is now. It's fine how it is now though if you want it you can get hold of it but it's not common unlike it would be if it was legalised.

It is legalized in Alaska, they seem to get around fine.. The only person there that I think should get off of it is Sarah Palin.

Anyways, if it was legalized, it would help our economy greatly! I think we need to legalize marijuana, because of the benefits it will have on our economy.

What i have to say is all you people that havent smoke pot before you have no say in this! You can say yes or no until you have actually tried!

Even a senator wants it legalized!

Quite the opposite actually. If you study prohibition (the time period where alcohol was illegal) you'll find that crime rates actually sky-rocketed.

Once again, quite the opposite. The fact that it's illegal adds to the temptation. In the US about 40% of citizens have tried it, whereas in Amsterdam (a city where marijuana is perfectly legal), only 23% of citizens have tried it.

yo need to look at the population of both places you cant just look into raw facts you need to account different variables.

Amsterdam — Population: 740,000
USA — Population: 307,249,150
