Anyways, if it were legalized, it would only be in private anyways. That is kind of assumed true by all...

yes go for it smoke but when it start endangering other peoples lives that is were the problem starts.(smoke alone in your own home)

Why should we decriminalize or legalize marijuana?
As President Jimmy Carter acknowledged: "Penalties against drug use should not be more damaging to an individual than the use of the drug itself. Nowhere is this more clear than in the laws against the possession of marijuana in private for personal use."
Marijuana prohibition needlessly destroys the lives and careers of literally hundreds of thousands of good, hard-working, productive citizens each year in this country. More than 700,000 Americans were arrested on marijuana charges last year, and more than 5 million Americans have been arrested for marijuana offenses in the past decade. Almost 90 percent of these arrests are for simple possession, not trafficking or sale. This is a misapplication of the criminal sanction that invites government into areas of our private lives that are inappropriate and wastes valuable law enforcement resources that should be focused on serious and violent crime.

Most people that are really fanatic about having it illegal hadnt even tried it. Ive always been a supporter of marijuana legalization. People that do smoke should be safe about it (NO smoke & drive)!!! Its just like drinking and driving and should be punished like drinking and driving. If people would do it responsivly I dont see the problem in it.
The one thing that I DO believe is keeping it from being legalized is tobacco companys. Sounds strange but very possible!

I love weed they should legalize it for sure but it's legal for me cus of medical marijuanna (I LOVE CALIFORNIA) so im not trippin but it would help get a job where they would normally drug test you for weed so you'd be good. besides people dont go to work drunk dont go to work high and it does'nt even mess you up as bad Thank god the earth created us, steak, and weed.

4. The -'s of Smoking Marijuana: Smoke going into your lungs. But there are Machines that you put your Marijuana in and it basically makes the Marijuana Highness go into a Bag witch will get you even more high then smoking it and it is healthier because there will be no smoke involved witch will make this a + and not a -.
5. The only Reason Marijuana is Illegal is because The Government has not found a way to put Tax's on it yet.
