if it were legal less people would smoke it. mostly teens smoke it now cus its bad ass cus its against the rules and stuff...

now for my bit. cigarettes are legal yet they kill millions of people each year. the reason weed is illegal is because you buy it on the streets and some people dip your weed in some weird chemicals and not only that having to buy it is risky. if it were legal less less people would smoke it, we could tax the hell out of it and life would be more peaceful =D

eh. keep it where it is. its illegal but they dont do anything to users. number 1: our society is ****ed up already, why make them lazier. number 2: whoever said his skin felt like it was falling off in an earlier post just proved that it is a bad idea. number 3: THC isnt a hallucinogenic, but often times dealers will lace it with other things and you'll never even know it. regularly kids die because the pesticides used grew in the plant, making the weed toxic. legalizing just leads to a load of issues you dont want.

o and as for taxing it, the gov't makes millions on drug busts

Weed Should Be Legal

The reality is it will never happen, the government spends millions of $$$(in the United States) each year to teach the youth about the harms of drugs. Sure cigarettes kill millions of people each year but if it wasn't a billion $ industry cigarettes would be illegal too.

to be honest i don't have an opinion on it being legal!! i smoke it everyday and don't see that im doing an illegal thing, just merely smoking something......

And as for alot of you saying stuff here, i don't think you can judge something until you've tried it for yourself. From what i'm reading alot of you are going by hearsay or stuff you've read off the internet, where opinions are going to be biased, for or against the arguement.

And the more scientific experiments that are being carried out year by year are finding less and less things wrong with cannibis, and actually more benefits for a persons health and well being from using it.......

So again, don't judge something unless you have tried it!

I smoke tons of weed only the best shit you can buy too, should it be legal kinda i say yes and no.

Why should it be legal? Well from my point of view it would benefit me because you wouldnt have to worry about being pulled over on your way home and being like oh shit i really dont want this possession ticket. Also, it would be nice if you could walk down to the corner store and buy a pack of pre rolled joints of all different types of bud. God knows even my dealer only has 2 or 3 different types of good weed at one time. Fuc k that dro and az shit.

Why sould it be illegal? My only reason i can think of right now would be because i dont wanna be raped on that tax that the gov't charge

If alcohol is legal then for god's sake, weed should be too. Weed can't kill you. It makes you do stupid things sometimes, but alcohol is much worse and it's legal! It won't raise the crime rate by the way. The crimes surrounding weed are about people wanting it and not getting it. If they got it, They'd be happy we'd(no pun intended) all be happy...
