You talkin to me?
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well I consider myself decently chivalrous. I'm a kind person, I attempt to be the best I can be, I help those in need, I would never hurt a female(in self defence I would hold her down until she calms down), I'm always cautious with the words I use around others, I would never start a fight and I would never throw the first punch.

I've look at all the people I know and it feels like 1 out of 10 people I know have some sort of chivalry in them.

I know some people are going to say that nowadays women want to feel equal. I'm not saying that is wrong. For me I would treat my significant other equal but I would still put them on a pedestal.

Basically I'm asking you guys to look at yourself and ask yourself Do you have any amount of chivalry in you?

EDIT:
Dammit I forgot to add the poll.

Woman wanting to be equal to men when they could be better seems like a lack of ambition to me, and that's why men are better.

Lol meat dude, i could go on and on and use realistic examples on how women set themselves up to be treated in certain ways, but im not going to do that because you are standing your ground in a chivalrous manner, also that fox thing made me laugh, so i am going to stand down for a few days and let others attack your golden rule BS mkay? Then ill return with my own ammo.

They very well could if they really wanted to milk it, but they don't and I appreciate that. It's good I live in a country where for the most part, men and women are treated equally (although we're not quite there yet, still many old white men in big business and in politics that don't feel the same way.) This can't be said for backward Islamic nations and such.

Not many guys have much respect towards females at this time(that is for teens). This is actually a pretty good topic I would like to get in on, I mean I know where your coming from when you're explaining the fact that you only see about 1 of 10 with some sort, meanwhile around me their's maybe 1 out of 50.
I, myself am on the same track as you. I have much respect for females rather than violence towards them.

Women have been treated as sub human for generations, this is nothing new lol.

Which is why i asked Meatdude whether or not he perfers his women respected or beaten.

Then you have the women who parade around as sub human themselves, hard to respect you when your flaunting yourself in an extremely subjective manner. I believe the media affects the mindset of most women anyway, they believe they have to fill specific roles that society gives them, but women are starting to fill other roles to prove themselves to the world, not my problem, they can do whatever they want within they're own ability, im not here to judge what they can and cannot do, after all im neither a politician nor a religious leader. :troll:

Yes they have, but so have elders, the disabled, children, so on and so forth, it's not just women who were treated poorly. Plus the name's not Meatdude but whatever man. And why you would ask if I prefer having women respected or beaten is still probably the DUMBEST question I have ever been asked in regards to a subject like this. Why me defending Clutch by saying we both agree by treating people equally and not discriminating, has ANYTHING to do with beating women is beyond me. In fact it's the exact opposite. Maybe that's why I talked about the Golden Rule. But it's clear when one cannot intellectually defend an argument, they must ask stupid questions in order to defend themselves, i.e. that whole Fox News bullshit.

Your trying to avoid the argument by using your previous statement as some sort of home run avoidance tactic, you are still treating those women with respect regardless, so you are trying to negate the question i was asking you with the claim that you treat them well as long as they dont offend you. Is that justice? Or is that just what you tell yourself? Its hard to come at your clearly when you are basing your logic on something that is already a bit questionable at best, and if we were to examine your interactions with women real time, i believe we would be able to see a clear, if not slightly clear difference between how you interact with them and how you interact with males.

Actually, to extend this theory, i am willing to bet you treat the elderly, disabled, and younger peoples differently then you do the obviously able and equal. By treating everyone equally you make a claim to inherently believing right off the bat that they are not inferior to you in anyway whatsoever. That is ignorant, you have many people with problems outside of your control, being aware of those problems is what sets you apart from the rest, which is why showing some chivalry and compassion to this knowledge is what improves the human race, knowing the differences between others and being aware of how to respond to those differences.

You dont have to be a knight to protect people or spare someone else the trouble of a hassle, its your duty to show care with everything you do, some people are just graceful like that, and i bet 2$ your one of those people who awkwardly stare at someone with a leg deformity or someone who is wheelchair bound, or any other thing that makes someone not as "respectful" as you. Like i said, treating people the same is a strawman argument, you cant treat everyone the same when everyone is different, lmao what.

It's not a dumb question, asking you whether you prefer them to the respected or beaten is excellent according to the topics content, many men had to make the decision themselves, and still do today. Including yourself. Unless thats a lie too?

What you stated above about the disabled and etc, they have those problems because people who are not in their situation feel as though they are superior and still do to this very day, that is the problem with humanity, if there is any slight difference that someone else has, then they will automatically feel superior to that person, and maybe even vice versa, or think that they are already so inferior that they should not bother to be involved with that person, so many things that apply to this reasoning. That also ties back in with my "Respected, or beaten" question that i have asked you, you either respect something or try to beat it down, there is no other way around it. All of those in which you have stated above have hardships, children as well, getting disrespected just for being youthful, or disregarded just for being young, the ignorance of humanity, amazing.

You're in the right here.

I gave up replying to Keomo a few weeks ago when debating something else. You'd be wise to do the same.
