always Samsung over Apple IMO, the Iphone breaks way too easliy I currently have the S2 alot of my friends have the S3 and it looks and acts brilliantly, I WILL be getting the S4 in the summer when my contract ends / or it is released what ever is first :p

GS3, don't get locked into Apple's OS. Even if you do jailbreak it, you won't have the freedom of customizing your phone to the max like Android OS.
