It was only a matter of time before this happened. Just a few weeks after it's announcement, the first brand new Xbox 360 Slim has bricked, or Red Ring of Death'd. Some had thought Microsoft had solved the problem forever, but clearly not. It could be an error of the user, but it's probably a fault on Microsoft's side. Check out the video above.

Lol, people are getting so turned off by one simple little thing. It's making me lose faith in humanity. Especially this generation. : ( If we're going to be running this world, we're screwed. :p

RRoD on the new xbox is the little power light symbol going red, (no more 3 red lights) thats the reason MS are so adament they have fixed the RRoD! because its never going to be seen again is it...lol, but they havent fixed it, they have just changed the way the RRod is shown...

You just did exactly what I said we are doing wrong then you contradicted yourself. I said we DON'T know what the red power light is, and we DON'T know if it is the problem that caused the RRoD. The console hasn't been out long enough for ANYONE to know, especially not some PS3 fanboys (not saying you are one, but PS3 fanboys are the ones that just shoot out random made up facts). By the way read your first paragraph. You said MS just changed the RRoD to the red light on the power brick then you go and say "I thought that the red light on the power brick was a fault with the power brick only?" WTF?

Didn't say they had moved it to the red light on the brick, i said they have moved it to the power symbol on the xbox! and then i said i thought the red light on the brick was just a fault with the brick... the first 360 i got i had for a month or so, and i got the red light on the brick.. a mate then told me to try a different one (he lent me one) and worked fine... and if you look at my previous post i never said anything about the it been moved to the brick... and im no fanboy!!!! i have both consoles but i use the 360 more because the ps3 is shit...
