(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); This is my Garage, Ill post various set ups here as Demo cars for My Real World Style Tuning. These cars are all tuned for zero assist and using the tuning techniques I go over in my various threads on tuning. I will put up examples of my tuning tools at work, and I plan to post videos showing how I use my tuning tools to demonstrate what they can do for tuners.

Unlike many if not most tuning garages for Gran Turismo, these cars are NOT tuned to be the absolute fastest cars possible, my cars are tuned to feel as real as possible within the limitations of GT6 and a Console Game. They are tuned with no assist and using real world tuning principles and practices. Cars built with ABS-1 to go as fast as possible throw real world tuning out the window in favor of glitch/exploit tuning, anything to go faster. While ABS can be used to simply make driving a bit easier, it can also be used to run unrealistic settings in unrealistic ways. Those are Alien Space Ships with Alien Drivers, my cars emphasize on the Simulation aspect while Alien Cars go for Arcade all the way while "saying" SiM.

Please do not post set ups in here, although you can post request for cars you would like me to tune.

Stock Cars with a Great Drive Section

In this section I will highlight cars in GT6 that need no tuning at all. Cars that drive so great out the box its almost a shame to touch anything, and the real world character is captured in the game remarkably. These are not cars that just handle good stock. These are cars that behave as the real cars do and so driving them can give a great experience to the user.

Please do not post set ups in here, although you can post request for cars you would like me to tune. I would appreciate if people do not post set ups in here as this is my Garage for showcasing my set ups.

Just got kicked top speed running in a legit car. Fucking Bullshit.

So Ive not top speed raced, I figured Id give it a try. So I jump in a room with a NISMO and a few other on the track have one too, we start racing and I dont have my gears set well as Im hitting the limiter cuz my testing was offline nobody to draft really, so I exit say I apologize and I get told its all good, I do a few practice runs just stretching my 6th to stay off the limiter in the draft, then space out the lower gears relatively even. I jump back in and take 2 back to back wins with room t spare.

My flex is simple go in the 1st corner at the bottom of the track and hold it there, there is usually some BS at the top of the track and somebody hitting the rail or some shit, this is just to keep in the race. usually a couple cars will creep on the top side but I tuck in behind them on exit and then we do the lead swapping, but instead of me grabbing the lead or ramming the lead cars rear end on a draft bump I tuck in behind him and get OFF the throttle trying to hold his speed right on his tail. Everybody is running Nitrous, So I hold mine until the final corner and about half way through I pull out from behind blasting it as I go WOT and easy slingshot pass for the win.

Race 3 as Im passing the last 2 guys, one of them is waiting for it and drives me into the wall. WTF?!?!?!?!?!?

No problem, next race Ill be waiting for it..

No we dont get there, suddenly Im the room target as the host and 2 others are just ramming me into the walls and trying to crash me out, chasing me around, I fight them off until they finally do me in in the last corner crashing me out.

I hit my txt thing to say "what gives" and as Im typing i get kicked from the room......................

Sure when I lost as I was on the limiter, its all good, but when I start winning, for NO REASON I just get "Kicked" from the room. Little bitches, that seems to be the biggest issue online.

Bullshit.

In another room, some Dipshit with a Modded LM55 painted Matte Black (where have I seen that before) starts doing the dumbest shit. I parked on the side rolling a dube, everybody is all over doing different shit. This retard park in front of me and just starts revving his shit up, doing some doughnuts and banging the shit out of my parked car. So I hit start to park ghost. He takes off. I un-ghost he comes right back to fuck with me some more, and no response when I ask "what gives"....

I see quite a few Hybrids Trolling

Why on earth do people do that shit, like I can't make any sense of it, and these lobby Trolls pop up all over the damn place and I dont see them getting kicked, when I get kicked for being too fast in a legit car, what the fuck is up with that shit. I dont feel bad if PD Console banns these ass holes and its OBVIOUS they have had accounts banned before as they have user names like 5241524524512415 or some dumb shit, I would not feel bad in the least if their cID get banned...

Its sad when I see people using GT6HE for that shit, if you do that shit, and you're reading this, Fuck You Very Much.

In good racing belong respect for other racers.

No one can't grow to good racer or winner if can't loose without nervous breakdown. For some racers growing process seems to be extra difficult and only way for them is kicking faster out.

If someone is faster, it's allways a good opportunity to learn - why is he winning, what is he doing different, what is different in his driving, has he found something in setup I don't know etc. If the reason to kick someone out is that someone is better and faster, it only means that growing process will be difficult and there might be too much to do with improving brain activity.

Above means that don't mind about it - there are so many different racers in this world.

Right on, always good to see what the winners are doing and learn as much as you can. I watch a few races before I jump in Happy

its crazy how some rooms have complete morons while others members are serious but having fun, fun racing, but clean, using the brake pedal instead of rear ending etc, or attack you like a mofo after you bump them while they cut you off.. Im impressed with the skill and respect some member have while a little bit surprised at the dumbshit. I Get the fools who kick cus your fast, Ive been blamed of using a hybrid because my tires didnt squeal and when asked why I said probably because I put camber on that bitch & they kicked me as if I was lying AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH, I was only 1 second faster than everybody in qualifying and the car was a Legit Miata Ive spent a crap load of time tuning.

There is allways morons but luckily there are many who respect other racers, have fun and enjoy the challenges of this game. And there are individuals, like You, who have some skills above others and who are sharing this information to others for ex tuning knowledge. That's why I'm so very intrested in what is Your way to solve tuning problems including Miura. Why Miura? Because it's the only car with I can't solve by myself - it's totally different and it has so much hidden potential witch I can get it out from the car. This car requires new approach for tuning, old method is not enough.

Your approach will be intresting, because it will give new angles to think and this new way can be used to other cars. Some interesting points will be antirollbar, rear srings, dampers, cambers, rear toe and middle value of drivetrain, way to solve front tire wear and unwanted rear end movements. I haven't found any setup in Internet, witch is good ( 550pp ), maybe because it's too difficult for tuners. I have setup, but it's far from spot on.

About new approach: there is something very intresting in Your Subaru and the tire wear. I must study this very closely. It's intresting, why tire wear in front and rear are so close and why the car has still so good drive.

Best regards

Thanks bro, I've been lil ADD lately all over the place, finally getting online, then having to jump through a few hoops to get it back. I'm also busy in life and the last 2 months it practically snowed every day so my city has been a pain in the ass to drive around, and shoveling parking spots a few times a day can take it out of yah. The Muira is and has always been one of my favorite cars, from the Lamborghini guys designing the chassis in their free time just because to Bertone with the most eye candy styling of each line, great history, incredible car.

Personally MR are challenging cars being such a pita in GT6 they have oddly become some of my fav to tune because its not as straight forward as the FR cars. Killer X-Bows, Nasty NSX, heck my Lamborghini Diablo is a corner carving beast, the Muira should be fun.

Ill be sure to get my car to spec and some test runs in today. I have not much to do today aside stuff at home, checking my medical is still on track (its so pretty) moving some babies to bigger pots n shit and the rest of the day GT as much as I can. My girl is working a new contract she will be gone ALL day, so no nagging to turn it down or off lol.

Ladies, they are just wonderful despite they are sometimes disturbing concentrating to gt6. At least it's the situation at my home as it is at many homes I believe. Strawberries and champagne is cheap way to keep them happy. I must use that tool quite often, because I spend some time in real life also for to building my 2 gtr32. One is too fast and the other is much too fast. But no more about real life.

I'm more than intrested in the way You are approaching Miura. Just do what You can. Sometimes I think, that pd had put in gt6 one really fast car, which is impossible to tune good, just for teasing tuners. I really wish You luck and nerves.

Just keep trying, never give up.

She puts up with a lot, and strawberries in chocolate gets her every time I may go lil too far.

Nice, R32's are nice and many around here, I've seen a couple R33 literally 2, and only one R34 that a local shop was able to get registered, its the only one I know of that's got a tag. I had to sell my MKII VR6 swapped GTI (what a beast) and R32's are getting cheap enough and easy to work on (as you know many Silvia parts swap right over) and the RB26DETT is tried tested and fucking as bulletproof as they come, maybe when I get my shit in order Ill take up that project. I've had fun in a friends R32 and another buddies RB26DETT swapped Silvia. They rip corners apart.

The first thing I do is a real life technique. After setting my ride height near flat, rake with a higher rear, the spring set up will have the rear squat so, insure the rear is raised so there is not much if any reverse rake from squat while in steady state acceleration. I usually set it first but tweak it again after I get my springs a little more dialed in.

Stiffen the front spring and soften the rear, while at the same time stiffening the front sway bar and softening up the rear.

This tweaks the chassis and results in under steer vs the MR natural tendency to oversteer, kinda feels a bit FR, but its only temporary, FR behavior is more natural to tune, and reducing the split will bring back our oversteer as we need.

Then I will throw 3 camber combos to see what fits best with the car and its caster angle

2.5/2.5

1.5/2.5

2.5/1.5

See what fits best to smooth the ride

Then I do a toe test on what works best leaving the rear alone I focus on the front first

-0.25

0

0.25

Feel out what works best

Then I reverse the spring rates to reintroduce oversteer as I need, SLOWLY softening up the front and reluctantly stiffening the rear, usually the rear like to be real soft.

This is working on the principle of attacking the weight transfer on the light side so that the front and rear max together at apex.

Usually by this point the car is nice, but there may still be some residual lift off oversteer, so I adjust the damper ext and whatever I like, I flip, to see if its better the other way around (surprising) and With the diff deccel setting together lift oversteer can be controlled to where the throttle can be used to precisely control corner exit. Lil lift to tighten up and push in to push out.

This usually will have a few quirks, at this point small adjustments to camber and toe can work it out, in extreme cases try sway bar adjustments. Rear toe in on the MR will really help keep the rear ends slip angle in check and you would be surprised how much grip you can get flattening out the rear tires on exit.

Check out my damper tuning tool as it gives ways to further use the dampers to improve cornering ability and because we are tweaking the chassis stiff on the light side damper tuning helps smooth it all out entry to apex to exit.

Sorry to hear You sold Your mkII. I'm sure it was a really nice car, witch gives a smile on the face. I hope You will have opportunity to work with rb26 ddett. I'm surprised You have r32 around. Where are You living?
If You will ever buy gtr32-34, just make sure You are not buying a shit one. It's easy to build around 550 horsepower, after that it will cost money.

You have intresting way for tuning. It reminds me in real life approaching. I'm really intresting to see what You will find.

Best regarads
