On Rebug no, can't dump the EID root key. Only on 3.55 & 4.50 as Flat_Z himself ported his eEID RKDumper for on 4.50 CFW... But i honestly don't recommend getting on 4.50 in your case. (as we have to find a 4.50 no BD patched CFW) and plus the fact to there is no Rebug 4.50+ in existence at the moment.
Sooo yeah if you've lost your PS3's EID root key, looks like you need to go back to 3.55 temporarily again.

Install & after once installed run eEID_RKDumper.pkg, black screen (no GUI) for 10-15 seconds, then 3 beeps and console restarted automatically... And FTP or via MultiMan file manager retrieve your eid_root_key from /dev_hdd0/tmp/eid_root_key (48 bytes)
