(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); ok so I had this old phat ps3 for a while turned it on everything worked great. except the bluray drive. but anyways I went and got it downgraded and jailbroken and cfw installed with online psn access. now I noticed I can install any pkg. in fact the dude installed a fan mod app on the ps3 and got it to work, anyways I get home I try to onstall enstones console manager pkg on the ps3 and it stays black. I have to power down the ps3 cause it freezes. now this maybe cause I took the ps3 apart how im supposed to and tried to see if there was a disc on the blu ray drive since it was indicating there was a disc but it wasn't ejecting. no disc so I pit everythkng back how it was. what can this be? I want to be able to download games on the ps3 and apps, but like I said I tried multimn and the consoe manager and it went black. any help would be appreciated.

I can install the apps but when I click on them screen goes black, im on the latest habib.

no problem, you're welcome. Happy could help Winky Winky

"Here's this rogero/rebug 4xx Spoofer to 4.60." umm i don't see a url link there
but i suggest this -> You must login or register to view this content.

Also if you want to sign into PSN with DEX, then you don't need a spoofer, as DEX bypasses automatically, and ye spoofer isn't needed while on DEX.
But if on CEX Rebug mode, people in thread have said above linked spoofer works.. So yeah.
Ooh wait but it's very important to know, don't ever install/run a spoofer while on DEX mode, as RSOD (Red screen of death) fault could possibly happen.

I'm off to play some random fifa drop-ins & off to sleep after as it's 01:41 where i am.
if you reply & have any others questions or still need help. i'll try to get on & reply tomorrow morning or afternoon if i have some free time. Anyway peace, bye for now Hi

Hello Needa

On Rebug no, can't dump the EID root key. Only on 3.55 & 4.50 as Flat_Z himself ported his eEID RKDumper for on 4.50 CFW... But i honestly don't recommend getting on 4.50 in your case. (as we have to find a 4.50 no BD patched CFW) and plus the fact to there is no Rebug 4.50+ in existence at the moment.

Sooo yeah if you've lost your PS3's EID root key, looks like you need to go back to 3.55 temporarily again.

You should remember this i hope :p ->You must login or register to view this content.
Install & after once installed run eEID_RKDumper.pkg, black screen (no GUI) for 10-15 seconds, then 3 beeps and console restarted automatically... And FTP or via MultiMan file manager retrieve your eid_root_key from /dev_hdd0/tmp/eid_root_key (48 bytes)

After you've grabbed your eid root key (that's moved or copied in your USB flash drive or PC FTP'd). You'll need to again dehash PS3 syscon to 3.55 again. Therefore if you remember, Toggle QA > test button combos > and You must login or register to view this content. definitely from Safe Mode / Recovery Menu option 6. install it
Above Step-by-step guide post, to follow exactly if you don't want to make a mistake:You must login or register to view this content.

After MLT_3.55_BDEmu_PS3UPDAT.PUP is successfully installed. Like last time lastly install -> You must login or register to view this content. from either XMB or recovery mode.. recommend recovery though once again to be safe Smile

Mother of God Attempting to install the 9.99_MLT_3.55_NoBD_PS3UPDAT.PUP (renamed to PS3UPDAT.PUP) that's on your usb & you get the "no applicable update data was found" message? Or did you try to install a 3.55 CFW?

Put 9.99_MLT_3.55_NoBD_PS3UPDAT.PUP (renamed to "PS3UPDAT.PUP") or the rogero downgrader rsod pup on usb & try. Both or 1 should definitely work/install.

BTW hmm.. oh wait, by any chance on the BD Rebug 4.46 you were on the other day, did you change/switch to DEX mode (swap lv2 kernal)? If so, then that's probably why you are unable to install any CEX CFWs.

The thing is it says connect storage media that contains update data 4.46 or above. Not 999 or 3.55 like others one do. On rebug 4.46 spoofed to 4.60

What umm so? Of course it'll state "update data 4.46 or above" is needed. Rebug 4.46 syscon is set to 4.46.

*SIGH* Even though it said, "4.46 or above". Did you actually try/attempt to install 9.99_MLT_3.55_NoBD_PS3UPDAT.PUP or Rogero downgrader pup? Or no?
