(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); After a lot of work, I finally managed to change the GameID of PSJailbreak's BackUp Manager to one of a real game. (See Below!)

Original Manager.PKG GameISad Awesome LAUN12345 >>> Not real ID
My Manager.PKG GameISad Awesome BLES00232 >>> Sega Superstars Tennis

I didn't modify the EBOOT.BIN, but did modify PARAM.SFO and ICON0.PNG.

I will release a tutorial soon to explain how I did it. Please Note: I am also the same Xcellerator on PS3 News, so this post will also appear there...

get a chance to fix them yet? also i was wondering if you knew why on games with new version patches out wont allow to install the downloaded update. for instance i will put my madden 11 in and it tells me there is an update for the game, it will download but will fail to install. is this because the game is located on a certian spot on the HDD?

Very nice job. First one to mod the manager.

Wait I just had a lightbulb moment, could you use PSGroove to install this back up manager? Because they took out the backup manager in PSGroove so would this solve that problem? Or does this just change the game id?

i have the same question....

so if i run the Jailbreak, do i just install the package and i can run backups?

or do you need to re compile it for the calculator jb?
