DESCRIPTION:
This Custom Firmware for the PS3 increases the system features of your console to
allow the installation and execution of homebrew applications.
This Custom Firmware could allow too the loading of legal copies (backups) using
these new included features.

Update: Follow the below list. Find your model # on the PS3 itself. Do not attempt this with 256MB NAND.

Nonetheless, we advise you that once have all good in the xmb use the recovery and to reinstall 3.55 for if something was absent.

No mate.

You have the option to install the already patched FIRMWARE, or patch one yourself.

Nand with 256mg = brick (some FATs)

Ah so this: "CFW 3.55 Waninkoko .PUP" (link at the top)... So everything you need is in that link, patched etc?

LOL Waninkoko is spanish, I'm spanish. He gave us information in our forum. See models in my main post to know what work. The ps3 with basenand 256mb = BRICK 100%

Ok, this what i did. I installed the patched one "CFW 3.55 Waninkoko .PUP" and tried to update through recovery but it kept on saying it cound find anything on my usb. I was on 3.55 geohots cfw then went to official firmware recovery and at first in recovery it couldnt find it. So im going to try again, but the "CFW 3.55 Waninkoko .PUP" is all i need right>? i put it in PS3>UPDATE>??
