Following up on his recent work, today Spanish PlayStation 3 developer MiralaTijera has released PS3 CFW 4.30 DEX for both PS3 Debug OFW and CEX2DEX converted consoles.

Mini Tuorial:

1. Download the DeltaPatcher from here: You must login or register to view this content.

2. Dowload the OFW from here:You must login or register to view this content.

3. Open the Deltapatch.exe

A. On original file: chose the PS3UPDAT.430.001
B. On xDelta patch: dex430cfw.xdelta
C. Check on both option: Keep original and checksum

4. Now press apply patch and now el new CFW will be create with not brick

no it means you can install any 4.30 dex cfw without bricks

full new tut following soon of the spanish dev he done it..only a minu tut is open now..we all whait of rebug dex 4.30

my man MiralaTijera is doing his though thats two releases he has beaten rebug to...
also have you tested this yet im more than eager but my dex ps3 is nand so no hope if i brick... one other thing whats the homebrew compatability like as in does all 4.xx homebrew work?

I'm on OFW 4.31, can i still use this? or do you have to be on a cfw already?

the last 2 released of him was really nice but i cant say he beat rebug..because rebug is longer on the scene and give us more then mirala..but big thx to him to release this one to..

if you are on 4.31 no..on 4.30 yes..but cant back to cex if you dont have your root key and a flash dump..
